From the review I just posted on Yelp: I had a really great first vist at Honest-1. I went in for a standard oil change with a groupon discount. The service was quick and friendly. I was out the door in less than 20 minutes. The waiting room was clean, warm, and comfortable, with snacks and nice coffee. The bathroom was also really nice. Most importantly, I left feeling like it was a place I could trust. They did not make any recommendations for maintenance on my car, but I overheard a converstation with the guy before me. They told him that his timing belt was starting to show signs of wear, that it's fine for now and hard to say when it will need to be replaced, but that he should expect to spend ~$120 on it sometime in the next year or two. How often do you seen a customer shown that level of respect in a car shop? In a city like Columbus, it's easy to just search for a $20 groupon whenever you need an oil change. This is what I've been doing for years, but after this experience I plan on making Honest-1 my go-to car shop. Discounts be damned.
